The DEC strategic plan includes numerous legislative issues determined by a consensus of the National Steering Committee, the regional DEC Executive Committees, and delegates to the 2006 National DEC Conference. These issues are available for review and comment at the DEC Issues website located at http://www.decissues.com.

The National Steering Committee welcomes the opinions and input of the DEC membership on these issues in its mission to effect appropriate legislation.
